INTRODUCTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
  • I confirm that Statewide Business Agents has introduced me to the listed business/s &/or property (detailed below) and declare that I have a genuine interest and have the required financial capacity to complete the purchase.

  • I now request that you supply me with information about the business &/or property, which will be used for no other purpose than to assist me in determining whether I wish to purchase the business &/or property.

  • I agree that all information made available to me through any means whatsoever, including the fact that the business &/or property is for sale, will remain strictly confidential will not be reproduced, transmitted to or discussed with any parties except legal, accounting, or financial advisors on a ‘need to know’ basis and such other parties will be bound to the terms of this agreement.

  • To maintain the confidentiality of this information, it is agreed that should I decide not to proceed any further with my enquiry to purchase the business and/or property, then I shall immediately return to “Statewide Business Agents” all information received and any copies made.

  • I undertake not to communicate with any of the staff, landlord, accountants, solicitors, owner/s or associates of the business &/or property in any way unless given express authorisation to do so by “Statewide Business Agents”.

  • I undertake to only deal with “Statewide Business Agents” and no other broker, entity or person regarding the sale of this business and any other business &/or property introduced to me by “Statewide Business Agents” and that all enquiries regarding the business &/or property will be directed to Statewide and I will not contact the vendor except through Statewide.

  • I/we also agree for my/our name/s to be passed onto the vendor as evidence that we have a genuine interest in this business &/or property.

  • I agree not to enter into any agreement to purchase the whole or any part of the business/residential or commercial property except through Statewide Business Agents.

  • I declare that I have not received information or entered into any agreements with any other Business Broker regarding the business and/or property.
